choice.

the things i am afraid of:
apathy
disinterest
indifference
are not words to describe anything i want to be a part of.
is there a choice?
i talk a lot about choice:
i haven't learned yet how to choose.
instead i walk away.
apathy
disinterest
indifference
keep me from choosing.
to fight for something i may not feel is worth fighting for,
i must choose for it to be worth fighting for.
(feeling doesn't always come naturally.
sometimes it is born out of necessity.)
because i know her less every day i feel instead of choose.
